Research environment: marine

Taxonomic group of interest: algae, bacteria and archaea, crustaceans

Field of research: biodiversity and ecosystem functioning, community ecology, functional ecology and food webs

Anthropogenic impact under investigation: climate change, population changes and species decline

In my research I focus on the impact of climate change on biodiversity in marine pelagic food webs. I am interested how biodiversity patterns and species interactions affect ecosystem productivity and elements cycling between trophic levels.
