Land use under investigation: forestry, urbanisation

Anthropogenic impact under investigation: habitat modifications, population changes and species decline

I am broadly interested in biological diversity and especially its conservation. I am currently studying the conservation ecology of several species groups in forested ecosystems, traditional rural biotopes, peatlands and wetlands. I am also a fungal ecologist and have a special interest on fungal conservation.
